Notely AI is a mobile-first web app/PWA designed to transform heterogeneous content into intelligent, persistent, and truly useful notes. The app allows you to create notes starting from free text, files, audio, images, or public links, processing the content using AI to generate transcription, a structured summary, flashcards, and a concept map. The project was created to simplify study, work, and information organization. Instead of just saving a document or a note, Notely AI builds a true reprocessing environment around the note: the content is extracted, summarized, transformed into review materials, and also represented as a navigable hierarchical map. Note creation is organized into five main funnels: text, file, audio, image, and link. The text funnel allows direct content writing; the file funnel supports documents like PDF, DOCX, and TXT; the audio funnel allows recording or upload with transcription; the image funnel uses OCR/vision; the link funnel imports public content from HTML, TXT, or PDF pages. The note detail is structured into dedicated sections: transcript, summary, flashcards, concept map, and attached files. Users can consult the extracted text, read the summary, review using questions and answers, navigate the concept map, and download the original files. For audio, there are also repair logics when the source format is incompatible. An important part of the project is the export: Notely AI can generate a complete ZIP of the note with a summary in Markdown, transcript in TXT, flashcards in JSON and CSV, concept map in JSON, Mermaid and standalone HTML, in addition to the source files and original attachments. This makes the notes reusable even outside the app, for example, for study, archiving, or sharing. The app includes full-text search, favorites, a home screen with real-time processing status, onboarding on first access, settings for theme and AI preferences, user profile, and a responsive layout. The experience is designed to work well on both desktop and mobile, with a collapsible sidebar, dedicated bottom navigation, light/dark theme, and PWA support. Notely AI represents a project focused on productivity and learning: a system that combines content acquisition, generative AI, note organization, active study, and portability of generated materials. It is a solution designed for those who want to transform raw information into structured, consultable, and reusable knowledge.
