Memora

Memora is a web app/PWA designed as a personal conversational assistant in Italian. The project's goal is to allow users to manage reminders, events, lists, and notes by chatting with an AI, transforming natural phrases into concrete actions within their personal space. Chat is at the heart of the experience: users can type requests like “Remind me to call Marco tomorrow at 6 PM,” “Add bread and milk to the shopping list,” or “Note: bring passport tomorrow,” and Memora interprets the intent, creating or suggesting the correct item. The About page highlights this approach: no complex forms or endless menus, but natural interaction in Italian. The project includes recurring reminders, checklists, quick notes, calendar events, an agenda, a dashboard, and notifications. Reminders can be daily, weekly, monthly, annual, or custom; when a recurring event is completed, the reminder automatically advances to the next instance instead of disappearing. Memora also integrates a unified calendar in the style of Google Calendar, where events and reminders coexist in the same view. Events can have a title, location, start and end date, “all-day” mode, emojis, recurrences, and configurable notifications. The app also supports conversion between reminders and events, retaining title, notes, date, time, and recurrence. Another important part of the project is the daily experience: Memora includes proactive Daily Briefings, in-app notifications, native push notifications for installed PWAs, badge notifications, Telegram notifications via bot, and real-time synchronization between devices. This allows the app to function not only when open but also as personal support throughout the day. The PWA is designed to be installed on iPhone, Android, and desktop, open full-screen, and behave like a native app, without going through app stores. The About page also explains the advantages of installation: push notifications, quick access, automatic updates, and more immediate use on mobile devices. Memora represents a personal project aimed at daily productivity, combining AI, personal organization, automations, notifications, and a mobile-first interface. It's an app designed to reduce friction in activity management, centralize personal information, and make it easier to remember, plan, and organize what matters.
